With over six years of experience in the payroll industry, Lily has found her passion in building relationships and connecting with businesses throughout her hometown of Louisville. As part of the business development team, she embraces the role of being a self-proclaimed (although, we’re not arguing her claim here) professional “yapper” and shares what makes PayFWDs special while learning about the incredible work clients are doing.

What Lily loves most about the team is their combination of deep expertise and genuine care for clients. She finds it inspiring to work alongside colleagues who are committed to helping local and regional businesses grow and thrive.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys exploring new cocktail bars and restaurants around the city, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband.
