Early in his career, Jack cut his teeth in startups, learning the value of speed, clarity, and adaptability. Later, he worked in corporate environments, analyzing data and refining processes to improve how teams operate. That blend of hands-on execution and strategic thinking now fuels his work at PayFWDs, where he focuses on growth that’s both measurable and intentional.

Outside of work, Jack and his wife, Rachel, are expecting their first child and are excited to begin that new chapter together. He’s passionate about family, personal growth, and living with intention—values that shape both his work and life.
