Eric started PayFWDs more than 11 years ago with a simple goal; to combine great technology with great service in the payroll and HRIS world. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping businesses thrive continue to drive PayFWDs forward today.

He believes that everything starts with people, building the best team and creating an amazing work environment are the keys to ensuring clients get the care and attention they deserve.

Born and raised in Louisville, Eric attended Bellarmine University and has a strong commitment to supporting the local business community. He’s focused on growing PayFWDs through strong partnerships and helping clients reach their goals with modern, reliable workforce solutions.

Outside of work, Eric is a proud husband and dad of two. You’ll usually find him at the ball field, on the sidelines coaching, or cheering his kids on in their sports and school activities.
