Teresa Soergel

Bio

With more than three decades of payroll experience, Teresa has built a career centered around helping businesses simplify payroll processes and feel confident in their systems. As an Account Onboarding Specialist, she partners with new clients to build their UKG Ready database, configure payroll, and guide them through implementation until they feel comfortable every step of the way.

Teresa's payroll journey began in 1990 and has included leadership roles in payroll management, implementation, and client service. Having worked alongside PayFWDs leadership throughout much of her career, she values the close-knit culture and collaborative environment that makes the company feel like family.

Her favorite part of the job is getting to know each client's business and building trusted relationships that extend well beyond implementation. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys cooking, traveling to peaceful destinations, and exploring haunted locations with her family.
