Bio

Rachel joined PayFWDs in 2026, bringing hands-on HR experience and a passion for helping businesses create seamless employee experiences. As an Account Onboarding Specialist, she leads HR implementations for workforce management, applicant tracking, benefits, and performance review solutions, helping clients build systems that support their teams from day one.

Before joining PayFWDs, Rachel worked in restaurant HR with a strong focus on applicant tracking and onboarding. She also maintains her SHRM-CP certification, allowing her to combine industry knowledge with practical experience to guide clients through successful implementations.

Rachel appreciates the supportive, family-focused culture at PayFWDs and enjoys being part of a team that genuinely cares about both employees and clients. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and young son, crocheting, painting, taking walks, and watching movies. She also speaks Spanish and has studied abroad in both Argentina and Spain.
