Rachel Dieruf

Rachel has been part of the PayFWDs family since the company's founding in 2018 and has grown alongside the organization throughout her career. As Implementation Project Manager, she oversees end-to-end client onboarding and software integrations while leading internal implementation projects that help the team continually improve.

Rachel began her payroll career in 2017 and has steadily expanded her expertise, earning her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation and becoming an active member of Payroll Professionals of Kentuckiana. Her experience across multiple implementation roles gives her a unique perspective on helping clients navigate change with confidence.

What Rachel enjoys most is the people she works alongside every day and the opportunity to keep learning as PayFWDs continues to grow. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, music, reading, and spending time with her husband and two sons. She has also played the violin since fourth grade.
