After interning in the payroll industry early in her career, Lily spent four years in sales before joining PayFWDs in 2023. Her industry experience, combined with her enthusiasm for connecting with people, allows her to serve as a trusted resource for businesses looking to streamline their payroll and HR processes.

What Lily enjoys most about PayFWDs is the supportive team, the work-life balance, and a leadership group that genuinely cares about its employees. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, cycling, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. A fun claim to fame: she was once featured in BuzzFeed for a Kentucky Oaks hat she designed herself.
