As a GTM Engineer at PayFWDs, Ethan helps architect and build the systems that reach and connect with the businesses that need PayFWDs most. He focuses on turning modern tools and data into repeatable engines for growth, helping the team find, understand, and serve the right companies more effectively.
Before PayFWDs, Ethan led sales and go-to-market efforts across both the institutional and consumer sides of a fast-growing startup supporting tens of thousands of users. That experience taught him how to build acquisition systems from the ground up and how to move with the speed and adaptability that growth demands.
What drew Ethan to PayFWDs was the team. A group that pairs genuine care for its clients with a drive to keep improving how it serves them. He values being part of a company that leads with both innovation and relationships.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family. A recent highlight was a trip to Machu Picchu, checking one of the New Seven Wonders of the World off his list.
